2008 Reactivation Event - Homecoming 

1. What do I need to do to reactivate my membership if I've been inactive for one or more years?

Complete the appropriate form below. Include your current name, address, chapter of initiation and date, last chapter with which you were active, all previous names used and financial card number (if available). Fax the form to 317-774-1818 or bring to the next chapter meeting.

2. What do I need to transfer my membership?

Before transferring membership from one chapter to another, you must obtain clearance from the former chapter. The Transfer Verification Form link is below. Please have the last chapter's President and Treasurer you were affiliated with fill out the form and return the original to you. You may bring the form to our next chapter meeting or fax it to 317-774-1818. Please make sure you keep a copy for your records. Before transferring your status as a General Member to chapter member, you must obtain clearance from the Corporate Office.

3. What are membership dues for Chi Chi Omega Chapter?

Dues vary depending on your current status. To find out your exact dues please email membership@chichiomega.org .

4. When are the chapter's meetings?

Chi Chi Omega Chapter holds its meetings every third Saturday of the month at 10:30am please email membership@chichiomega.org for location.
